Terms of Service

By accessing Mawjly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mawjly provides a managed WebSocket platform compatible with the Pusher Channels protocol. Service is provided on an "as-is" basis with the SLA stated in your subscription tier.

• No spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer the platform.
• You are responsible for the content broadcast through your apps.

Paid plans are billed via Paddle (merchant of record). You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform. You may delete your account anytime; data is purged after a 30-day grace period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
